adhdTerminal is published by Sparkling Minds OÜ, Estonia. Buying it means you accept these terms.
What you get
A single payment of 99 USD buys a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use adhdTerminal on the Macs you own. Every future version is included in that payment. There is no subscription and no renewal.
What you may not do
- Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or your licence.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where law allows it regardless of this clause.
- Remove or alter the licence, copyright or attribution notices.
Refunds
If the app is not for you, write within 30 days of purchase and we refund in full. No reason needed. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory rights in addition to this.
Claude Code is a separate product
adhdTerminal runs Claude Code, a product of Anthropic, PBC, which you install under Anthropic’s own terms and pay Anthropic for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic. If Anthropic changes or withdraws Claude Code, that is outside our control and is not a defect in adhdTerminal.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Support and updates
Updates are offered through the app. We aim to keep adhdTerminal working on supported versions of macOS, but we do not promise a particular release schedule or that any roadmap item will ship.
Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
