Getting started

1. Install

Download the disk image from adhdterminal.com/download, drag the app to Applications and open it.

2. Let setup run

The first-launch card does four things: installs Claude Code if it is missing, signs you in to Anthropic, asks for folder access, and opens your first project. Each step ticks itself off.

3. Open tiles

Press Cmd+N or click the plus in the top bar and pick a project folder. Each tile is a full Claude Code session in that folder. Open as many as you have loops to keep.

4. Give each tile a job

Type as you would in Terminal. After the first exchange the tile names itself from what it is doing. The name updates as the job changes.

5. Read the wall, not the tabs

A tile that is working shows a pulse. A tile that is waiting for you shows a prompt. A tile that finished shows what it did in the feed row. You do not need to click into anything to know where things stand.

6. Come back tomorrow

Quit whenever. On the next launch every tile reopens in the same place and resumes the same conversation.
