A tile says Operation not permitted

The folder is protected by macOS. Open System Settings, Privacy and Security, Full Disk Access, and turn on adhdTerminal. The app offers this link itself when it sees the error.

Updates say the app is in a temporary location

The app is running from the disk image. Quit it, drag it to Applications, open it from there.

A tile shows Starting Claude Code for a long time

Click into the tile and press Enter once. If it stays blank, close it with Cmd+W and open the project again; the conversation resumes.

Claude Code is not found

Open Settings and run the installer from the first-launch card again, or install it yourself and relaunch the app.

Starting over

Quit the app and delete the file named state.json inside the .adhdterminal folder in your home directory. The wall starts empty; your Claude Code sessions are untouched.

Write to hello@adhdterminal.com with your macOS version, the build number from the About window, and the last lines of log.txt from the same folder.
